Our Spirit of the Mountain Yoga Retreat is scheduled for March 23rd – 26th and April 27th – 29th 2023.
This will be a combination yoga and hiking retreat. We will challenge your body, mind and soul while pampering you with personal attention, amenities and delicious meals prepared by our private chef.

We have designed our retreat to be of benefit to a beginner or an experienced yogi. Yoga styles offered at our retreat are Yin, Restorative & Vinyasa. None of the classes are too strenuous or challenging for a beginner with the modifications that are given.

Your retreat will include accommodations for 3 nights in a shared or private room, includes all meals and instruction. Arrive anytime after 3:00PM on Thursday and settle in to your room. We will meet as a group at 6:00PMfor a meet and greet on the Patio. We will enjoy a Yoga Nidra class following to prepare for a comfortable nights sleep.
Each day we will enjoy 2 yoga classes and a guided meditation. We will enjoy a Breathwork Healing class and a Mala making class. We will leave property one afternoon to enjoy a hike at a local waterfall. We will enjoy a Phoenix fire ceremony one evening.

None of the classes are too strenuous or challenging for a beginner. Our instructors will take the time with you to give you the instruction you need to achieve the poses.

Each day you will participate in guided meditation and 2 instructed classes. Each day we will have a different afternoon class or activity. We will have a challenge class for anyone that wants to learn some of the more challenging poses with instruction and assistance. We will hold a restorative class to learn the benefits of yoga as a means to restore balance to your body and mind followed by a discussion about how yoga helps with anxiety, stress reduction and depression. We will have a fun cooking class hosted by our chef in the kitchen and discussion on nutrition. We will leave the mountain one afternoon to take one of our local waterfall hikes and enjoy a mini yoga class and stretch at the waterfall.
